Hauler agrees to provide car hauling services to transport vehicles owned by the Client from the pickup location to the delivery location speciused by the Client. The speciusc details of the car hauling job, including the number of vehicles, pickup and delivery locations, and any other relevant information, shall be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to the commencement of services.

This Contract constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.

The parties shall mutually agree upon the schedule for the pickup and delivery of the vehicles. Hauler agrees to make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the event of any delays, Hauler shall promptly notify the Client and provide updated estimated delivery times.

The Client agrees to pay Hauler for the car hauling services based on the agreed amount for each services. The payment shall be made immediately upon the Client receipt of the proof of delivery from the Hauler. Payment shall be made to the Cash App account specified by the Hauler.

Hauler agrees to carry and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for any vehicles under their possession or control during the car hauling process. The insurance shall cover any damage to the vehicles occurring during the transportation process, as well as liability for any third-party damages caused by Hauler's actions.

Either party may terminate this Contract in writing for any material breach of its terms and conditions by the other party. Termination shall be effective upon receipt of the written notice by the breaching party.
